Congratulations to Dr. Adam Bond on acquiring the general dentistry practice of Dr. James Norwood III in Weatherford, TX in July 2022. For 52 years, Dr. Norwood provided honest and compassionate dental care to his patients. Generations of families called Dr. Norwood’s office their dental home, and he was proud to be called their family dentist. When Dr. Norwood decided the time was right to retire, he was pleased to learn that his son-in-law, Dr. Adam Bond, wanted to take over the practice and continue the legacy that he had built.
Dr. Bond was born in Wichita Falls, TX. While his father served in the military, Dr. Bond had the opportunity to live in such places as The Philippines, Albuquerque, New Mexico and San Antonio, Texas where he graduated from Douglas MacArthur High School. Following his freshman year at San Antonio College, Dr. Bond served a two-year church mission in Northwestern Italy. After returning home, Dr. Bond attended Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, TX where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2002. In 2008 he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX where he received the Texas Dental Association 2008 Outstanding Senior Dental Student Award. After graduation, Dr. Bond acquired his own family-oriented practice in Cleburne, where his wife, Rachael (who grew up in Weatherford), and their daughters, Samantha, Allison, Lily and son, Noah currently reside.
