Lewis Health Profession Services is highly qualified to appraise a dental practice.  Our Founder, Dan Lewis, has been active in the dental profession for over 50 years.  Our appraisal report is a comprehensive analysis of the business and is generally provided on a fixed fee basis. The report includes an analysis of historical practice revenues and profit, an inventory of the major physical assets, an assessment of practice strengths and weaknesses including local market characteristics and a valuation of revenue sources.  In addition, Lewis Health Profession Services can provide Opinion of Value reports in letter form for those clients who need a less comprehensive estimate of Fair Market Value.
