Congratulations to Dr. Allison Becker on acquiring Crain Orthodontics from Dr. Gerald Crain in Plano, TX in March 2021. For over 30 years, Dr. Crain owned and operated the successful practice, and had the privilege to form many personal relationships with his patients and their families during their orthodontic treatment. After careful consideration, Dr. Crain decided it was the right time to phase out of active practice and hand-select his future successor, Dr. Allison Becker. Dr. Becker was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She holds a degree in Spanish from Emory University in Atlanta, GA, and a dental degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston, TX where she graduated at the top of her class. Dr. Becker received her specialty degree in Orthodontics and her Master of Science in Dentistry at Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland, OH. Dr. Becker returned to Dallas after earning her degree in Orthodontics, and she has been practicing in the area for several years. Dr. Becker and her husband, Josh, have two children, Adelaine and Gavin, and look forward to being a part of the wonderful community.
