After more than 44 years in dentistry, Dr. Michael Bedwell knew the decision to step away from his Las Colinas practice was an important one. Just as important was finding the right doctor to care for the patients and team that had been such a meaningful part of his career. We were grateful for the opportunity to work with Dr. Bedwell and Dr. Hawoon Kim throughout that transition.
Dr. Bedwell and Dr. Kim were introduced and quickly found they shared similar clinical philosophies and an emphasis on thoughtful, patient-centered care. With Dr. Kim already an experienced practice owner, the two doctors were able to work together during the transition to provide continuity for patients and staff.
Dr. Kim earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry and has experience across a broad range of general dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic and implant care. She places a strong emphasis on helping patients understand their treatment options while continuing to expand her knowledge of modern dental techniques and technology.
Today, Dr. Kim continues to care for patients at the same Las Colinas location through Nova Dental Las Colinas, bringing her own approach and vision to the practice while building upon the foundation established by Dr. Bedwell.
