Congratulations to Dr. Emily Davis on acquiring the general dentistry practice of Dr. Tim Knight in Fort Worth, TX in January 2023. Dr. Knight proudly served the Fort Worth community for over four decades, providing a high level of dental care with a focus on prevention and restorative treatment. Dr. Knight was dedicated to being honest and building genuine connections with both patients and staff throughout his career. As Dr. Knight approached retirement, his priority was to ensure a seamless transition with a new doctor that would uphold the standard of care his patients had come to expect while also embracing the advancements shaping the future of dentistry. Upon reconnecting and collaborating with Dr. Davis, Dr. Knight found reassurance in knowing that he had a compassionate and skilled practitioner who would do just that.
Dr. Davis’s journey in dentistry began as a Registered Dental Hygienist, igniting her passion for helping others achieve optimal oral health. Her pursuit of excellence led her to pursue further education, graduating with honors from The University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry and later earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UT School of Dentistry at Houston. Dr. Davis’s commitment to continuous learning then saw her completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. After practicing as an Associate dentist in the DFW area, Dr. Davis felt compelled to return to her hometown of Fort Worth and serve the community she loves.
