Congratulations to Dr. John Sunnucks on acquiring Howe Family Dentistry from Dr. Michael Karleskint in Howe, TX in May 2022. Dr. Karleskint proudly served the Howe community since July 1999, providing patient focused dental care with an emphasis on health and overall well-being. He and his wife, Jane, worked together to earn the respect and trust of the patients who called the office their dental home. When the time came for Dr. Karleskint to begin his search for the right dentist to take over, he was pleased to meet and get to know Dr. Sunnucks and his wife Julie. After spending time together, it was clear he was the right person for the job!
Dr. Sunnucks earned his undergraduate degree from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. Dr. Sunnucks has also completed the comprehensive training program in Implant Dentistry from the Medical College of Georgia, as well as comprehensive training in IV and Oral Sedation at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center. Dr. Sunnucks invested hundreds of hours in Continuing Education courses and always strives to stay up to date with the latest technology and clinical developments.
