Congratulations to Dr. Priyanka Kainthla on acquiring Fun Dentist-Center Pediatric and Adolescent Dentistry in Central Arlington from Dr. James Hyde. Dr. Hyde began his practice in 1973, proudly serving the community for nearly 50 years. He built a successful practice that saw generations of happy families come through the door and always strived to provide high quality dental care. When Dr. Hyde decided the time was right to find his successor, he was pleased to meet Dr. Priyanka Kainthla (Dr. Pri). After spending time together and getting to know her, Dr. Hyde was extremely confident his patients and staff were in great hands moving forward.
Dr. Kainthla came to the practice with a wealth of education and experience. She graduated dental school from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry and then went on to receive her Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from Texas A&M University College of Dentistry in 2016. After residency, Dr. Pri has practiced as a pediatric dentist in DFW and has been on staff at Children’s Health Hospital since 2017. Dr. Kainthla has also continued on with the College as an Adjunct Assistant Professor. She is a member of several highly respected professional associations, including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists, and enjoys volunteering in the community.
